How is your heart feeling lately?

When was the last time anyone actually asked you about it?

Is it wishing for a chance to have a say, finally, after all this time?

Is it broken? Wounded? Or is it numb, or silent?

Or is there just something missing - a richness to your life that you feel exists - somehow, somewhere? A deeper meaning to what feels like an endless, pointless march to the end of an empty journey, without anything to really actually live for. A purpose for being here. Connections, that you know are a reality for some - that just never seem to happen for you, no matter how patient you are, or how hard you seek.

Maybe you miss the way it felt to be a child, caught up in your own imagination, marvelling at nature and humans and the world with awe and wonder. A vast curiosity, open to every and all possibilities; a never-ending fascination; a limitless interest; a spark.

Maybe you miss the way it felt to be a teenager, bursting out on your own, full of newly claimed independence; the right to decide how you live your one precious life; the audacity to presume it can happen - that it IS happening, for you. A courageous intensity accompanying all the experiences you drink deep into your soul.

Maybe you miss someone. Maybe it feels like a piece of you is missing, too... part of your heart that you gave away. Fond memories turning bittersweet like autumn leaves changing in the trees. Mourning. Yearning. Counting minutes, hours, days, weeks, months. Sometimes counting years - cobwebs and dust settling on the loneliness. We can sometimes accept the pain as the baseline for a life, unlived.

"Grief is just love with no place to go." - Jamie Anderson

We have a choice, though - even when it doesn't feel like we do. The lack of making a choice is still, in itself, a choice. Do you know that you are the creator of your own life? Do you know that external circumstances are often a mirror reflecting your inner landscape? Problems and challenges can shift into opportunities for growth. A large part of our pain is the choice to continue to suffer, whether that is unconscious, or perhaps it is a consciously known decision - we are, in fact, able to step back into our own power and reclaim our journey. It IS possible.

"If your heart is bleeding, make the best of it - there is heat in freezing, be a testament." - Tanya Davis

Have you ever felt joy that settled into your bones and brought so much light that you yourself felt like a crystal, shattering into beautiful rainbows?

Have you felt a love so magnificent, so expansive, that it could only be for you, from you, swirling into eternity? The kind of love that describes what everyone has been told comes from another person, but can only exist inside of ourselves.

Well, have you? Have you ever felt truly happy?

I'm here to help warrior truth seekers who are sick of living by playing small, or playing pretend in this world, and in their lives. Wounded honesty lovers that never give up, or give in; but I see you, and you're tired. You know there's an easier way, but you've been fighting against things so long that you can't see the path anymore. I'm here to help you find your way back to yourself. To find your way home, to you. The love of your life you truly need.

This isn't about just wanting something MORE. It's about wanting what's aligned with your longing heart, your impassioned soul. It's about wanting what you know is waiting for you on the other side of this lesson, this test of your faith and your trust in the nonsensical sense a life makes when it's lived to its fullest potential. This is about knowing what CAN be, rather than just settling for what it is right now.

I know the journey so far has been long, and harrowing. It has blown up in your face just as you thought it was about to change for the better, finally, after all this time. It has shocked you, devastated you, discouraged you and left you wondering what's left.

On the other side of all this pain and struggle there IS something better waiting for you. It's not just some cliché thing people say - it's true. I know it because I have lived it, too.

"Your greatest gift lies within your deepest wound." - Philip McKernan

Unfortunately, in the age of influencers and social media exploding into our faces at every turn, we've lost the meaning behind a lot of really simple - but not easy - ideas that actually do help, if we use them to do the work we need to do. That we are called to do. Things like, "live your best life," "be your own hero," "you only live once," etc. have become cheesy, overused catch phrases some impossibly fit yoga instructor cheers at you through a screen while you attempt to pretzel yourself into the pose, and wind up seething because it holds no weight anymore to inspire you to what it truly is meant to mean.

I say it's time to reclaim those things for our own. To define what we want as important, without waiting for a trend to tell us what's new and hot this week before we decide. To reclaim our souls and live by letting our hearts lead the way. To honour and cradle our inner child. To offer acceptance and kindness to our shadow selves. To integrate the abandoned shards of ourselves into wholeness. To feel a rainbow of emotions, let them move through us, and transmute. To become alchemists of our pain. To be human again.

There is beauty all around us, but we've become blind to seeing it for ourselves. It takes courage, truth, integrity, honour, humility, dedication and resilience. It takes radical honesty - not only to others, but to yourself. It takes a paradigm shift; an epiphany - a new perspective.

I can guide you on your way back to alignment. Through authenticity, gratitude, curiosity, vulnerability, and intentionality. With patience, clarity, self-acceptance, grit, grace and poise. To sovereignty, freedom, wholeness, peace, meaningful work, success, and expansiveness.

My soul service work is to help "heal the broken heart of the world" (Miribai Starr; Wild Heart - Unraveling the Myths of Grief workshop series). We do this work together. We heal through connection. By embracing and reclaiming our humanity. With sincere & heartfelt compassion, empathy and unity. Like a soothing salve for a weeping wound, community can and does heal us. That's why the services I offer include exclusive member access to the Conscious & Creative Community. I believe we can learn from one another.

The individual work we do ripples outwards - our work to heal ourselves also heals the collective. I offer 1:1 intuitive mentoring programs to assist you with beginning, and to carry on throughout, the different stages of your heroic journey homeward. Your truest self is waiting. We don't need to go on a quest to find ourselves. We need to work to uncover the self that is at the center of us. We have lost sight of where to look because of what's been placed on us - what we have been told, or chosen, to carry. When it gets too heavy, a choice has to be made.

Something's gotta give! Deep down you know you are the hero of this story! If you're interested in any of the creative mentoring programs I offer, send me a message, or book an alignment conversation.
