Designed to help you reclaim your self, your inspiration in life, and your purpose, this course is designed to address grief and shadow work in situations of loss - bereavement, breakups, and meaningful yet painful transitions. Through videos and workbooks, we'll investigate the realm of the Underworld of the soul. We'll identify shadow selves and learn to soothe and regulate our own nervous systems while we sit with our darkest emotions. We will piece ourselves together in a new way, emboldened by the resiliency and determination that comes from showing up for ourselves during our own time of need.
